I don't know what the difference between pictures with President Bush at the Residence and Bush plus Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House) in Congress really are, perhaps some diplomatic distinction? In any case, the Dali Lama deserves the honor and recognition. He's a gentle and brave fellow.
