One of the people recalled on the said club's forum  (www.bmcforums.com)
a similar story when Southern Pacific (who took over Union Pacific)
was suing Nils Huxtable who was selling calendars with photos of UP's trains.
(The same company filed trademark infringement lawsuits against Lionel
and MTH, model train makers).
In the end, SP gave in.
