I'll second that! Works for motorcycles as well as cars. On my second weekend of roadracing I almost gave up the sport, thinking it just wasn't for me: I was tense and scaring myself in every corner. So on the next practice session I decided to just ride around and have fun. By relaxing I went *faster* than before and within a few laps I got my knee down for the first time (Shannonville Motorsports Park, Shannonville, Ontario - turn 3, to be precise!)
