I have purchased several "ugly" or "bargain" parts from them, and found that
they have some VERY picky criteria: not one would be classified as less than
"Excellent" by my standards. Here's the trick for getting a good deal:

1) Identify item on web
2) Phone them!
3) Ask the salesperson to physically check out the item, and give their
opinion on the item. Lead them with what you are after (ie : does the lens
look clear, are there white speckles in the edges, scratches, etc).
4) wait for your package and be vindicated!

I have found them very good at responding to this method... If they cannot
identify the item from stock straight away, ask them to "reserve" it until
it can be located and checked. They will call back once found!
