the other problems with 645D would be it will be way bulker
and heavier than a FF dslr and wouldn't have the 
huge population of 25 million lens PK owners out there wanting to
employ them fully.

Good lord, even the most wildly optimistic price predictions for the
645D have it costing roughly equal to a Canon 1Ds-III! As of this week
35mm full-frame is $2000 and by this time next year it will be
approaching $1500.
