You know Bill, at least your elected thieves write there own laws. The US Congress seems to have found a way around even that, they now want to pass laws to create commissions that will write regulations which will have the force of law.
You're about a hundred twenty years late complaining about it. They been doing it since the Sherman Antitrust Act.
