Remember the little oval silver stickers? I bought a few Nikon lenses from 
someone named Chen in Hong Kong that lacked those "passed" stickers, and both 
lenses were disappointing. Don't know if that was the reason, but I sure paid a 
lot less. The name "Nikon" was covered with a black coating of something.
