I opened it in I saw what looked like blocky mottling in the sky at camera settings, it was pretty subtle. However when I changed to Daylight balance, and "natural" that disappeared. I think there may be a problem with the way the image processing software is rendering in camera settings. I could be wrong. I wouldn't use the vibrant setting in any circumstance, especially as you're shooting raw. You'll get a better histogram, one that more accurately reflects the raw if you change your custom image settings to natural, in any case.

Bruce suggested I add the photo to Dropbox so here is the link to one of the
photos that has blue sky. I am not sure why the JPEG version looks way
better than the DNG/RAW version of the file. I am beginning to think it is
perhaps my monitor and if it is then I will not be able to get a new one
until next year.

I didn't assist before, but you can send me a copy if you'd like and I'll
see how it looks on my laptop in LR and converted to JPG.

I need to ask if anyone that has assisted with the blue sky send me a
message and I will send you a picture in DNG format that I took today.
It was a blue sky day so I snapped a few pictures at work and I notice
the same issue again today in the pictures.

Thanks,
Jeffery
