sorry to hear it — sounds like phone/internet has been a hassle
worse was 45 minutes on the phone with ebay trying desperately to get a negative feedback comment removed because some guy in Brazil didnt get the package I mailed in March and have the tracking number to prove it.
i know it may affect sales, but your eBay reputation is not your real reputation; it is a totally trumped up system that relies on no one ever really saying what they think in order to prop each other up; i often just skip giving any feedback because i know if i give a four out of five for "pretty good but not stunning" then i am going to cause consternation; so my advise is let it roll — there are many of us who don't believe any eBay reputation is really 100%
I'm in a bit of a funk -- but trying to tell myself how lucky I am in so many ways.. thanks for reading, if you did - hugs accepted
and offered, frustration responds best to time and warmth, so perhaps the outlook is better by the time this response comes
