just finished reading the catalog for the Francesca Woodman show which i was unable to see at the Guggenheim recently; i had recently seen the documentary _The Woodmans_ which i also recommend; F. Woodman'a self-portraits are simply stunning in their creativity, simplicity and beauty; among other things i was inspired about the possibilities of self-portraiture, though i haven't acted on it yet
