Just be aware that Backup Assistant is not equal to Backup Assistant Plus. I've been backing up my contacts and stuff from my old, "non-smart" phone for several years using Backup Assistant. Just replaced my phone with an Android "smart" phone, which only has Backup Assistant Plus. I could not pull over any of my backed up stuff to the new phone.
