Marnie, this is really quiet scene... I only would like to point out the greens... They look a bit odd to me, slightly plastic. Either my monitor is in need of re-calibration (or in fact replacement, being like 7 or so years old now) or I am just not used to the redwood greens... We visited Yosemite, but it was more than 10 years ago and I couldn't possibly remember the colors... As well the light was obviously different than the one in your photograph...

Not the same group of Redwoods as last time and not as good, but maybe
good enough for the calendar I am putting together for friends. (And I am
pretty sure they are Redwoods.)

Friend and I were sort of lost in Berkeley hills and came across a park
with a grassy area and picnic tables. There was a Redwood grove up on the
edge of the hill, so I almost called this Unexpected Redwoods.

One of the thing I like about Redwoods, it is usually very quiet standing
under them, peaceful and calming.
