Did you intentionally leave out the smiley? :) When I bought my K100D Super (1st DSLR purchase) the clerk familiarized me with what's in the box, mainly to make sure nothing was missing. For the K20D I almost wordlessly exchanged my VISA for the camera. For the K-3 I was buying from a sales guy who I've met socially so we got caught up, chatted about studio shooting, and he wished me all the best.
