That's what happened with my W7 system, Brian.  I keep meaning to switch on my 
Surface tablet to see
if it happens there (rushes off to other desk to do so right now!).

Does anyone know how the upgrade offers work?

Not that I'm feeling left out or in a hurry to upgrade - I'd just like to know.
