By the way, my sister took the morning off work to attempt to see the
small flock of Whooping Cranes reported in Thayer County Nebraska. She
succeeded, but says they are a long ways away. She also reports that
the Pentax binoculars I gave her "work great". As an eyeglass wearer
she has always hated binoculars before this set, but it is such a
great combination of good optics and light weight that it is hard NOT
to like them.
