I use and leave a Stroboframe 300-115 Vertaflip PHD Camera Platform
mounted to the heavy duty tripod I carry in the car .
Might be a bit much for a monopod ..
I've been aiming to getting L brackets to use more portably.

Do such devices exist? Any pointers?
