I went with a Gigabyte B650 Aorus (where do they get these ridiculous

card as Per Toine's recommendation (I got the MSI Ventus GeForce RTX
3060 with 12G onboard memory).

I don't think there's any Windows 11 laptop that won't run Windows 10.
And plenty of places that still have stock of Windows 10 installation
packages.
