I would also consider the 100mm f/2.8 Macro.
Excellent bokeh, RAZOR sharp, great DOF control.
Even though the focal length may be a little long, it will come in handy
for the candid and individual shots.
+ the lens is built like a tank - you definitely get your moneys worth,
the AF is also amazingly quick and the MF has a great feel.
