Ports and Sheet Entries font is controlled by System Font which is set in Display Options menu. Text that uses the System Font include: pin names, pin numbers, ports, power ports, sheet entries, border text and system title block. (Protel 99SE Designer's Handbook, page 105)
Net Label font is individually editable font.
