Leo, just to set the record straight: there are some fab-houses who are willing and able to use other colors for soldermask and silkscreen. If you are ready to pay for it. :) At least Peters http://www.peters.de/index_e.htm offers blue, violet, black and white soldermask. I also have seen red somewhere.
