The Rohs and Weee documents are really very easy to read but there are a lot of "helpful" third party documents out there that just confuse everyone. Basically if it doesn't say you cant do it then you can! Of course if is says you can't do it then you can't and there is no opt out for small quantities...we some times make 1 and still have to comply
