I use a budget AMD 3.2 GHz Athlon64 box with two generic PCIex 6200 series graphics cards with 2G of cheap ram. The box was put together on the cheeep in a rush and surprisingly has been really nice to use. The mobo is an Nvidia GFORCE4 chip set with two PCIex graphics slots in a non-SLI config. This gives two DVI o/p's & two analog o/p's. These feed three 19" DVI Dell LCD's & I can't pick the one on the analog feed. The three monitor set-up feels very balanced compared to the earlier two monitor set-up. Seems rather brisk & the NVidia multi-monitor desktop works beautifully with AD6. To date the system has been very stable.
