Kerry, I agree with what you said and I would like the changes that I make to be global. I don't have your print queue problem. There are only 6 people in our office. I usually know if someone else is using the printer. Anyway I just suggested in case it might help.

This is positively a Protel/DXP issue, not an issue with the print server or any other Windows program; we run lots of other programs in our office and believe me only Protel defaults to A4 paper size if not manually told otherwise for every new project and every new type of print-out.....not the biggest problem in the world but definitely an irritation....
