Hi All, >From SP4 on I think it was, you can now choose what document is opened when you choose new. So instead of doing what Ron is doing every time, just save a new document (project) and then in the options point the New Document to that file for Projects, you can do the same for all document types.
Look under Preferences, System, New Document Defaults..
