You've omitted quite a few salient details required to properly evaluate
your question. Designed for use on land? At sea? At altitude? Bare or
coated board? Conformally coated? For a sea-level situation, I believe
the rule-of-thumb for bare boards is .2mil/V, for a grand total of
~250mil of separation between conductors, be they tracks or otherwise.
However, that's an ideal and quite likely should be modified to provide
some engineering margin. What that engineering margin is best defined by
one of your company's engineers. For a specific design criterion, your
engineers should be able to provide the necessary information to allow
you to lay out the board. Alternatively, you can perform an internet
search using a phrase such as "track separation" or similar

regards,

aj
