Hi Dan,

The Yahoo! group which you are referring to is the "protel-users" mailing
list (URL for home page:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/protel-users ), and a number of people
(including myself) have uploaded files to that list's "Files" section at
various times.

However, while I surmise that many members of this list are also members of
that list, I am also pretty sure that only the members of that mailing list
(rather than all "visitors") are able to download files from it. And for the
benefit of anyone who is not currently a member of it, the level of traffic
on that list is normally pretty low, and it can be weeks, and sometimes even
months, between consecutive messages.
