Hi Dan,

Attachments aren't allowed on posts to this forum - they get filtered 
out.  You would have to post a link to a file, or send it offline to 
whomever you wished to receive it.

IPC-D-275 has been superceded by IPC-2221A.  Section 6.3 of 
IPC-2221A, Generic Standard on Printed Board Design, has the voltage 
clearance calculations for various configurations of rigid circuit boards.
