There is no "Correct" method. PEDA long ago decided on a "no attachment"
policy to minimize spam and avoid unrequested viral outbreaks... 

I suppose that were someone to request that you send to them, then you
can fish their address from the post and email direct (with their
permission is the polite thing to do...)
