I have just tried it - the command seems to work properly on my computer (Protel99SE + SP6, WinXPPro). It creates the folder and the wmf file(s) - I previewed one of those wmf's in IrfanView and then imported it into MSWord. At the very first glance the orientations of the strings seem to be OK.
