Hi Geoff -- I was able to export to Windows metafile successfully. No errors 
and the file looks good in my graphics viewer program. I don't think the 
function is necessarily broken.

Windows 2000 SP4, P99SE SP6, Windows FS ddb

FWIW I always use the Windows FS ddb with Protel 99SE.
