I'm still using it.  The multi-channel layout features of DXP, etc. are

I miss in 99SE, but I'm not willing to pay MANY thousands of $ to 
upgrade.  I know
all the quirks in 99SE, and it works very well and reliably for me.  I 
don't do PCB design
all day, but maybe 15 boards a year.  I probably will run 99SE as long 
as I can, and hope
for an open-source package when it becomes too creaky.
