Anti-imperialism is almost dead is in large parts of Asia (Palestinian struggle excluded) and there is no sign that it will be revived in the forseable future. Thus, the contradiction between Asia and the developed world is not present either. BTW, the binary image of the world as consisting of "the Core" and "the periphery" is a myth. Ulhas
