I think CW overstated the relevence of what I'm writing. I'm basically
just tidying up perlpod, and am writing a new document called perlpodspec,
a specification for the POD format. (And BTW, everyone, I'm almost done
with another draft of each; I'm just cleaning my TODOs in perlpodspec today
and tomorrow.)

It shouldn't really change how people document -- it's more for writers of
POD writers and processors. (The only significant-to-documentors change
that comes to mind is that it obsoletes the L<that section> syntax, in
favor of the L<"that section"> or L</"that section"> syntaxes.)
