I thought this had been the resolution. I hope it *is* the formalized
resolution. It is simple and easy and leaves plenty of room on both
sides of
the velvet rope.
If isLower isn't clear enough, I think you're right: [a-z] in
Latin-1 is fine.
I think it's clear enough, from where I'm sitting, but I only speak
American.
I would even just limit it to ASCII, since the reserved characters can
be a very small set. That then allows the lower-cased Hungarian i to
the user who needs it.
