Well actually, among numbers out to 12 decimal places, yes.  I'ld say there
should be no duplicates until the number of iterations gets to some
significant proportion of the combinations.  The combinations in this case
are 10^12.  I tried 10^5 times.  *Plenty* of headroom there for non duplicates.
