I think it would help if there were some text with the heading links to make it clear that you drill down that get that X. BTW, I still think the OS icons are useful to break down things for the binary options. That way the mac folks won't be swimming in linux details. Also, I would like to see a 3rd link to the Complete Manual Installation reference as that will be where beginners and experts need to go if the first approach doesn't work or they want more. Putting it in a footnote is not enough since it makes a very important reference hard to find.
