How do you do a binary install with Strawberry Perl? All other things
being equal I will favour Strawberry over Active Perl. But for me the
priorities are:

1. Instructions that are correct an reliable.
2. Instructions that are simple.

Does Strawberry Perl come with ppm? Do the binary instructions still
work with it? If not, can you give me an alternate list of equally
simple instructions to do the binary installation?

For the sake of simplicity, my vote is to suggest either Strawberry or
Active Perl, but not both. And if the instructions for Strawberry Perl
are difficult or confusing, I feel compelled to pick Active.

Daniel.
