Hm. XUnit-0.01 is J. E. Fritz framework, from the old times.
The tools/ directory only contains j2pl.pl, a little tool from Brian
that he used to generate a Perl skeleton from the Java framework.

Can't we just copy the stuff over to Test/Unit, check the
resulting directory in, and remove Test-Unit-0.1?
