I use Leon Zaks’ ZPestTracker. It has some built in reports, but I usually export to Excel and provide a spreadsheet of the past 6 months activity sorted by Risk (Pest, Predator, etc.). We initially used a basic Google spreadsheet, but as data is coming in every week, the spreadsheet isn't as wonderful an option as I initially thought mainly due to it's size. A program that might help us identify trends would be ideal, but as of now, the spreadsheet is so unwieldy that that process will be incredibly time consuming.
