I designed the database to help me track pests based on their threat level to collections. I then use the report feature to summarize the problem areas of our museum as well as the quantity and type of moderate and high risk pests. We initially used a basic Google spreadsheet, but as data is coming in every week, the spreadsheet isn't as wonderful an option as I initially thought mainly due to it's size. A program that might help us identify trends would be ideal, but as of now, the spreadsheet is so unwieldy that that process will be incredibly time consuming.
