What you have to remember is that better than 90% of the PayPal users never 
even read the user 
agreement and the rules.  And, even worse of the 10% or so who do read them 
probably 50% do not 
understand them.  PayPal provides excellent buyer insurance when using PayPal 
through eBay and is 
very convenient for the seller.  There is no real reason to get bitten by a 
SPAM eBay or PayPal email.  
If it sounds too good to be true, its a scam.  Turn down the greed, learn how 
the computer functions,  
and you will be OK.
