[PHP] cookie problem

I'm working with php3 and IIS, i had set cookie with: name,
$session->cookie,
$session->timeid+3600, "/"); ?> but these cokkie work right only on
localhost and not on the others computer of the LAN, the options setting of
internet: enable Cookie, where is the problem?
