Why change this? It will always be wrong for some subset of readers, since in British the noun is licence but in American it's license (and contrariwise for the verb -- can't speak for other flavours of English!). Unless there were a consensus to use one chosen form of English consistently (which there isn't, not least because many of the contributors are non-native speakers and write their own individual variant of the language!), I'd just leave such dichotomous spellings as made by the original contributor.
