Two additional benefits I forgot to mention:
- we get rid of the installpart.xml ugly special case in the build system
- none of the translations will get broken, since we add new files, and remove the connection to old ones, so the install part will be displayed in full English glory for those who will not update their translation (still the update will not be too painful for those having the install.*.xml files translated, since some header titles will change in the move, and a few section tags)
