Hello!

I agree with you, when EN file was not changed by someone else. But
when someone else changed the file, even if you have the EN svn karma,
you need to see what has changed by that user. Because you can not use
these strange non-commited Changes in the LANG file.
These changes still need to look in a new tab.
If we are anonymous or users without svn karma, in 99% of the cases we
do nothing to check, thinking that right we have the original file,
which will lead to errors.

I propose to apply my patch on all files. But we must add the "Edit En
file in a new tab" for quiqly access En file.
