We had a chat on IRC and there seemed to be more support for making
the "Suggested alternatives" box inline, beneath the "Description"
section.  Having the box floating (and fixed position) causes issues
with reading (or not!) what is underneath it.

There has also been some support, only half-joking, for going all out
like http://i.imgur.com/8BhK9.png

Either way, support definitely seems in favour being pretty
in-your-face, with a big warning box somewhere.

Attached are patches against phpweb (current and prototype themes) and
the English docs (for mysql_affected_rows() only). The phpweb patch
was mangled from Hannes' earlier patch, so could do with some keen
eyes to go over it to see if it needs more cowbell. Also, Hannes' phd
patch should be used in conjunction.

Here are some screenshots.
