After a small tweak to pilot-xfer.c for getopt.h vs. unistd.h, 0.9.5
builds cleanly under Cygnus. I am testing the 0.10.1 builds now under
Cygnus, since they are much different with regard to autoconf and
getopt. I will make Win32 packages available for download at release
time.
