Dear Minnie, Thank you so much for the info! Im glad I could make you smile! It was interesting what you told me about the connection between the estrogen and the bone density, because Ive had to have a bone density done a few months ago on my hips. I pulled a ligament in one hip a year and a half ago ( I thought it had broke it cracked so loud), which has given me problems ever since.  I was diagnosed with pre- osteoporosis. I am taking Actonel once a week to help ward this ward this off, but what I am concerned about is the endo told me my estrogen levels were questionable, and my reg doc told me it was at 83 and that 30 was low so she thinks this is in normal range. As I said I have probs ongoing with my hips bothering me and Im only 46! Would you mind giving me your opinion about the estrogen levels?
