I am not sure how to make it more clear; IF *I* download the Pivot Source Distribution, and follow the instructions provided on HOW TO build it, THEN the _generated output_ of that IS PIVOT binary. Anything else is 'hypothetical', 'convenience' and what not. IF the generated output is NOT the same as the compiled distributed source, you are not following good practice. Can it be more clear?
