It is *the* webrev, so any comments welcome.
I did ran few smoke tests both for the PM and WebInstall and everything
looks fine. Also John was testing the webinstall functionality so there
shouldn't be too many bugs.
Please note that your api webrev needs some rewrok as it doesn't apply
cleanly and there are some conflicts.
Yes, I'm aware. It only applies cleanly to changeset: 4a9c1d0aad40 in
the gate.
I need to merge with the latest gate tip, which I will do after the last
round of review fixes.
